Local restaurateur Jeff Good with Bravo Italian Restaurant, Broadstreet Cafe and Sal and Mookie’s joins the show talking National Pizza Day and their upcoming move to the District in Eastover. Jeff talks about Sal and Mookie’s moving locations this spring and what that means for the Jackson food scene. Jeff also discusses the unique differences between the pizza at Bravo and at Sal and Mookie’s and how they cook them. Jeff also shows off his knowledge by perfectly guessing the most loved and hated toppings for pizza, and he weighs in on whether or not pineapple belongs on pizza.
